The Feeding of the 5000 is a very important miracle. Not only is it found in all 4 Gospels, but it is the only lesson that comes up more than once a year in the lectionary. Unbelievers try all sorts of things to claim it is not true.
This morning, our focus is on the young boy who has barely any anything to offer to Jesus, but God is able to make his offering sufficient.
