The Lineage of the Christ

This First Sunday after Christmas, we look at the Lineage of our Savior as presented in Matthew's Gospel. This lineage shows us that despite whatever our backgrounds, Christ has come to save us all. Christ came as was promised, to the family that was promised, to save us just as God promised.
